The annual Merck Future Insight Prize is offered by the biopharmaceutical division of the German company Merck KGaA. It promotes innovative solutions that aim to solve the most urgent and topical problems of humanity in the areas of health, nutrition and energy. The award is given for outstanding achievements in the field science and technology with an annually changing thematic focus.

In 2025, the thematic focus is Body Organ Regenerator. The award committee is seeking methods that allow the re-growth of damaged organs for regenerative medicine.

Researchers worldwide may be nominated. The award winner receives a research grant of €1 million.
