The Christoph-Dornier-Stiftung (Christoph Dornier Foundation) has announced the 2025 call for its Postdoctoral Research Programme, supporting early career researchers in clinical psychology. The initiative aims to help postdoctoral researchers gain qualifications for a professorship while contributing to improved patient care and treatment.

Eligible applicants must be outstanding postdoctoral researchers in Germany who have completed or are nearing completion of additional training as psychotherapists. Candidates must be affiliated with a German university or research institute, either with or without a temporary employment contract.

The programme offers two funding lines. Funding Line A provides a full salary (TV-L13) for up to five years, along with research expenses of up to €25,000 per year. Funding Line B covers only research expenses of up to €25,000 annually for the remaining duration of the applicant’s current employment contract. The applicant’s home institution must provide research facilities and patient access, with opportunities for university teaching.

Candidates holding a professorship, tenure track, or permanent university position are ineligible.
