Hentschel Award 2025 for Stroke Research in Germany Now Open for Applications
Hentschel Stiftung – Kampf dem Schlaganfall (HSKS – Hentschel Foundation for Fighting Stroke) promotes science and research in the field of stroke prevention in Germany.
The annual Hentschel Award (Hentschel-Preis) honours early career researchers for outstanding work in the field of stroke research in Germany. The award committee will consider basic research on the topic of stroke as well as clinical research and health services research.
Eligible are early career researchers in Germany who are below the age of 40. Applications are accepted on the basis of doctoral theses or high-ranking scientific publications written in German or English.
The prize is endowed with €5,000.
Applications for the 2025 award close on 31 August 2025.
