Travel bursaries to support the study and research of collections of European drawings.

The Burlington Magazine is a monthly publication devoted to fine and decorative arts.

The Burlington Magazine is offering a series of travel bursaries for emerging art historians, aimed at advancing scholarship on old master drawings. The bursaries support travel to major collections anywhere in the world to study works of Western art on paper from the Renaissance to 1900.

Travel may typically form part of a postgraduate research project, but applications from curatorial research initiatives are also welcome.

The bursaries are funded by the Rick Mather David Scrase Foundation.
