Fellowships of up €55,000 Available from the Nuovo-Soldati Foundation for Cancer Research
Fellowships are intended to develop innovative techniques or novel therapeutic approaches for cancer research.
The Fondation pour la Recherche Nuovo-Soldati (Nuovo-Soldati Foundation for Cancer Research) is a not-for-profit organisation. The Foundation offers annual fellowships to early career researchers who focus on cancer cells. The aim of these fellowships is to support innovative techniques or novel therapeutic approaches.
To be eligible, applicants must be medically qualified candidates or medical students at the end of their training who are specialising in pathology, oncology, radiotherapy or surgery. Applications are open internationally and priority will be given to projects that are taking place outside of the fellow’s country of origin or within national centres of excellence.
Fellowships may come to a total of €50,000, with an additional €5,000 available in the case of transatlantic or transpacific travel. Fellowships are awarded for one year. The funding is intended to cover the applicant’s own expenses (salary, travel, fees at the host institution etc).
