Funding is available to organisations developing digital solutions for farm decision-making, agribusiness and agricultural policy applications through two NOSTRADAMUS open calls.
NOSTRADAMUS is an EU-funded project that supports sustainable, resilient and data-driven agriculture through the use of Earth Observation data, Internet of Things technologies and advanced analytics. The consortium comprises 16 partners, including universities, research organisations, institutes, SMEs and public-sector representatives from 10 European countries.
The project is developing a scalable platform for real-time data harvesting and analysis to support farm decision-making, agribusiness operations and agricultural policy development. It incorporates five demonstration sites across Europe and includes two open calls: one supporting digital solutions for farm decision-making and agribusiness, and a second supporting digital applications for policy creation and evaluation. Through open-source tools and multi-actor collaboration, NOSTRADAMUS aims to improve sustainability, optimise resource use, strengthen food security and enhance the competitiveness and independence of the European agricultural sector.
The Nostradamus Programme is organised in four sprints with a total duration of 12 months.
