Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation 2021 Pump Priming Grants Open for Application

The Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation (DRWF) is a medical research charity that provides information and guidance to support healthcare professionals and people with diabetes and manages national campaigns to raise public awareness of diabetes and its complications. The DRWF is a member of the Association of Medical Research Charities (AMRC) and its research strategy aims to support high quality clinical and scientific research at institutions in the UK and around the world, with the ultimate goal of developing a cure for diabetes.

Researchers in the UK are invited to apply for the 2021 DRWF Pump-Priming Grants, which offer up to £20,000 to support clinical and non-clinical research projects of up to one year’s duration. Consideration will also be given to applications to fund exchange programmes.

Applications should be submitted online via the DRWF website by the deadline of 25 January 2021 (5pm).

Applicants are expected to take up grants by mid-2021.
