EurJIC Wöhler Young Investigator Prize

Biennial award for outstanding scientific work in the field of inorganic chemistry by an early career researcher.

Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker (GDCh – German Chemical Society) is a membership organisation bringing together people working in chemistry and the molecular sciences. The society is designed to promote chemistry in education, research and application. As part of its work, the society supports a number of research projects and publishes highly esteemed professional journals, particularly in applied chemistry. It also presents a number of research awards.

The EurJIC-Wöhler Young Investigator Award is awarded every two years by the Wöhler Association for Inorganic Chemistry of the GDCh and the European Journal of Inorganic Chemistry (EurJIC). It is intended to honour a young scientist for outstanding scientific work in the field of inorganic chemistry.

The award is financially supported by Chemistry Europe.
