PCF TACTICAL Awards
Closing Date: 16/03/2026
Funding available worldwide for collaborative academic research teams to conduct large-scale multidisciplinary research projects concerning prostate cancer with lethal potential.
The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) is a US-based charitable organisation established in 1993. Its mission is to fund the most promising research to improve the prevention, detection and treatment of prostate cancer and ultimately cure it for good.
PCF TACTICAL Awards (Therapy ACceleration To Intercept CAncer Lethality) provide funding for large-scale multidisciplinary team science research projects that will directly contribute to projects that will directly contribute to improved outcomes for patients with prostate cancer with lethal potential.
High risk, currently unfunded projects from academic and community research institutions around the world are eligible for support.
Projects may involve translational, clinical, or community-based research that will significantly contribute to preventing prostate cancer metastasis, morbidity or mortality. Highly innovative basic science programs will be considered, but priority will be given to translational research proposals with strong potential to deliver near-term benefit to patients.
