SLSA Impact Grant

Grants available to support socio-legal research by SLSA members which is expected to have considerable impact outside of academia. 

Established in 1990 and developed from the existing Socio-Legal Group, the Socio-Legal Studies Association (SLSA) was created to satisfy a growing need for a permanent network of communication and support for socio-legal academics.

The SLSA Impact Grant scheme funds projects lead by SLSA members which are expected to produce research that has demonstrable effect outside of academia. The aim of the Impact initiative is to develop a clearer understanding of impactful outcomes of socio-legal research.
